Run a 50-piece validation batch. Test at 24 hours, 7 days, and after your normal shipping stress. Document the cure time. Get the vendor's claim in writing. Then decide.
Final quality check
Before you approve any adhesive for a packaging or print job, ask:
- What is the substrate, and is it clean and dry?
- What is the required cure time at your shop's temperature and humidity?
