ABB Contactor Buying Guide: VB7-30-01, A75-30, and AB C30 by Scenario

The same logic applies if your drawing says an AB C30 contactor. That 30A frame was common in older panels and still appears in many control schemes. Match the rating and aux function. If it's obsolete, ask the supplier for the cross-reference rather than 'upgrading' on your own.
